Evening In-Person and Virtual Appointments will be switching from Thursdays to Wednesday evenings.
Currently scheduled Daytime In-Person Thursday Appointments will still be honoured, but all upcoming in-person appointments will need to be booked on Wednesdays.

Hardeep (she/her) is a first generation Indian-Canadian and has the personal and professional experience to bring all of your intersectionalities into the therapy space. She fiercely empowers individuals to reach their goals while taking into consideration the whole person and the systems that shape their experiences.
Her practice has focused on helping people cope with anxiety, depression, perfectionistic thinking, school refusal, lack of motivation/productivity, behavioural concerns and family struggles. Her expertise is in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
